How does the Bootcamp work
NO Equipment… NO PROBLEM

4 session in a day
Morning exercise provides best benefit and so 3 sessions. if you are not a morning person an evening session is for you

Total Body workout
ITotal Body workout includes weight lifting as well cardio and Aerobic activity.

Home based items as gym equipment
Although we recommend eventually getting dumbell, bands and few basic gym items but for starters you may use home items as dumbell (Canned food can server as dumbell) backpack with books can serve as kettle bell…

Coach focus is YOU
Boot camp is divided into 3 sections, Warm-up, Main exercise, cool-down. Coach will demonstrate each exercise once and than focus on your form to provide 1:1 feedback on Zoom 1:1 Chat

Go at your own pace
Every exercise set will have range of repetitions. If your new or learning the activity go slow or lighter weight until correct form is established
